Magpies are cheeky.
They are also noisy but I find their warbling pleasant.
They will get quite tame and walk inside the house to check it out.
Before my lovely cat died last Easter they would bully her into leaving her plate of food and move in to enjoy their illgotten gains.

We have a blue bird here in Canada(I have posted in early postings)named the *Bluejay* with similar mischeivous disposition.It intimidates all birds at the feeders and is know to rob eggs
in nests and devour the young birds!
I feed bluejays that visit my garden peanuts to keep them away from the feeders.
