For us ,the current calm in the fire situation in Eastern Victoria
is most welcome.
Later in the week it may not be like this if forecast strong winds
shift the fires around.
We can only be
ever watchful ,
and wait !
Day turns to night.

I have come here by way of Naturegirl and I so wish I had the magic to make rain pour down and put the fires out. I've been hearing about these fires and the temps and feel for all those (human and animal) who are greatly affected. I hope for your continued safety.

It is so hard to imagine fires of this magnitude.Although you are in different parts of Australia
I know miss*r was suffering from the threat of these fires and horrendous smoke quite recently. Our prayers are with you, and hopefully mother Nature too will co-operate to keep you all safe.
